Evil Cousin

This is Darius's evil king cousin who just so happens to look exactly like one of my other characters.

So uh. He's evil. He's one of those slightly-touched-in-the-head evil geniuses. Think Megamind, minus the sympathy and morals. If you really want something to describe him, just think "extremely long footie underwear."
But he doesn't have a name yet. Any suggestions?
