Bio and stuff: She gets in trouble with the city guards a lot, and since she is a child they do not fear her for being a cyborg. She likely got her injuries from a great fall, or being attacked. Her history is troubled and horrible.
Personality: Annoying and joyful. Very outgoing. Loves making friends. Doesn't like dark and stoic people. Quite clingy.
