Okay. Here's the deal, guys.
My friend wants to go as Fran from FFXII for Anime Boston (and coincidentally, I want to go as Balthier, lol), but she can't find a costume, or anybody who could make one for her. So here's where you come in. I need somebody to find us a person who has made or will make a Fran costume for her. I don't know her budget, so let's just assume it's $500 dollars for now. I will update this if it changes. We could probably survive without a wig as we could either dye/powder her hair white or buy one since that's at least relatively easy to find, but helmet and ears is a MUST. Bow probably not required either.

Rewards? Our eternal gratitude! This would be my first anime convention thing and if I'm going as Balthier, I want a Fran. And if she's going as Fran, she probably wants a Balthier.

Also, but not as important, if anyone would like to do the same for a relatively high quality Balthier costume, you would also have my eternal love (jewelry not required, trust me. My mom has plenty of beads). Though my budget is a max of $200-$300, depending on the Christmas turnout. Probably more around $300, because I've saved a lot since last year...
